Focus and Scope
Journal of Fiqh in Contemporary Financial Transactions (JFCFT), is a peer-reviewed and open access journal published by the Islamic Economic Law Department, Sekolah Tinggi ekonomi Islam (STEI) SEBI. This research journal is used as a media for publication of results and provide immediate open access as an effort to disseminate research results that focus on Fiqh Studies includes (but is not limited to): Fiqh Muamalah Maliyah; and Economic Law and Business Law both in terms of the perspective Islamic and Positive Law.
Therefore, the scope of Jornal of Fiqh includes the following in the field of:
1. Fiqh Muamalah maliyah, both in classical and Contemporary transactions
2. Islamic Economic Law both in islamic and positive law
3. Maqashid Syariah in Islamic transactions
4. Shariah Audit in Islamic Financial Transactions
5. Legal issues in Islamic Financial Transactions
6. Systematic Review and Bibliometric in Fiqh (jurisprudence), and Islamic Economic Law,
7. Other topic that relevance to Islamic economic Law.
