PILAR: Public Policy, Leadership and Governance Reform Journal is a scholarly journal published by the Institut SEBI in collaboration with ReTAS and x. The PILAR publishes twice a year in March and September. The journal has been publishing scholarly papers since 2026. All submitted papers will be reviewed by journal editors and if it is matched with the journal scope, the paper will be then sent to our peer-reviewers.
